1. LocalServi is a marketplace, not the service provider
LocalServi connects customers with independent local businesses and professionals ("Providers"). Providers are not employees, agents, or partners of LocalServi. Any contract for services is directly between the customer and the Provider.
2. No warranty on services
LocalServi does not perform the services listed on the platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, timing, legality, or outcome of any booking. Ratings, descriptions, photos, and pricing are provided by Providers and shown as-is.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalServi is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, delay, cancellation, or dispute arising from a booking, a Provider's conduct, or a customer's conduct. Customers and Providers use the platform at their own risk.
4. Fraud & misrepresentation
We take reasonable steps to verify Providers, but we cannot guarantee that every listing, review, photo, or claim is accurate. If you believe you've been defrauded or misled, stop the transaction, keep any evidence, and contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove the listing. LocalServi is not responsible for losses caused by third-party fraud.
5. Payments
Payment for services is made directly to the Provider unless otherwise stated. LocalServi may charge a platform fee shown at the time of booking. Refunds are handled between the customer and the Provider; LocalServi does not adjudicate refund disputes.
6. Delivery services
For delivery bookings, customers are responsible for the accuracy of pickup and drop-off addresses, and for the legality and safety of items handed to a Provider. LocalServi does not accept liability for loss, damage, or delay of items in transit.
7. Reviews
Reviews reflect the personal opinion of the reviewer. LocalServi may hide reviews that violate our content rules but does not endorse individual reviews.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
